Joe Bvumburai Non Executive Board Member Joe Bvumburai graduated with a Diploma in Architectural Technology from the then Zambia Institute of Technology (ZIT) where he was also president of the students union. He worked with Neil, Malenga and Lisulo Architects on several buildings including Pamodzi Hotel in Lusaka and Zambia State Insurance offices in Ndola. He moved to the UK in 1982 and graduated from the Hull School of Architecture with a BA and a Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture in 1988. Since then he has been involved in the design of many buildings including housing, offices, commercial, industrial and retail. His passion is housing and environmental sustainability. He oversees the development of several housing projects across the North of England, in the process works with a multitude of consultants, lawyers and contractors in the acquisition of land and housing development. Joe is a registered architect with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) of the United Kingdom and is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
